Please read these conditions carefully before completing the purchase process.
Completion of the purchase process means, for all purposes, the formalisation of a contract for the sale of products between you and the commercial company AREAZOS, S.L. with registered office at Lugar Mouteira, 10 – Berres. A Estrada (Pontevedra) with CIF B36461614, hereinafter “the seller” or “atalantamadera.com”
Minimum age to purchase
People who wish to make the purchase must be over 18 years of age in the case of citizens or residents in Spain, or be of the age considered to be of legal age in their country in the case of purchases made from third countries.
Availability of products
All product orders are subject to product availability. In this regard, if there are difficulties in supplying products or if there are no items in stock, we will promptly refund any payments you have made on those specific items. In such cases, the seller shall not be obliged to deliver such items.
Removing or modifying products
The seller reserves the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content on it. The seller shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product, removing or modifying any material or content on the website regardless of whether or not such product has been sold.
Delivery
Without prejudice to the provisions regarding product availability, we will attempt to ship the order within the time period stated in the Purchase Confirmation. If no date is specified, delivery will be made within 15 days from the date of the Purchase Confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Because the product will be delivered “door to door”, we cannot accept delivery addresses in PO boxes.
Impossibility of delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order, the carrier will leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it sent back to you. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact the carrier to arrange delivery. Please note that storage and reshipment of your order may incur an additional cost. If, after 30 days from when your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the Contract and we will consider it terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the Contract, we will refund the price paid for such products as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which we consider the Contract terminated. In these cases, we will be authorised to pass on to you the transport costs arising from the termination of the Contract.
Transfer of risk and reservation of ownership
The transfer of risk occurs from the moment of delivery of the product. Until full payment, the items will be the property of Areazos, S.L.
Taxes
The legislation corresponding to the destination of the merchandise will apply in all matters relating to taxes. In Spain (mainland territory) it will be mandatory to provide NIF, Name, Surname and Address for orders over €3000 (VAT included) made by individuals and CIF, Company Name and Address for orders over €400 (VAT included) made by companies.
Price
The current price of the product will be the one agreed at the time of placing the order. The prices on the website include VAT. In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount and will appear before you must confirm the order. For purchases over 65 euros, shipping will be free in mainland Spain. Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Purchase Confirmation.
Vouchers and promotions
Special discounts and promotions on specific products or for a specific customer profile may be offered from the online store. Each promotion will include the specific and necessary information for its use, the validity periods, requirements, restrictions, limitations or technical, physical or legal warnings, which will be considered as specific conditions.

RETURN POLICY
Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
You may withdraw from the Contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. In this case, the price paid for such products will be refunded to you.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
You may prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the indicated period, in any way permitted by law. Simply send an email to atalanta@atalantamadera.com and we will contact you to inform you how to proceed with the return of the product. Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them, without having been used. Please return the item using or including its original box. You must also include all documents and packaging for the products.
No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond just opening it, if it is not in the same condition as when it was delivered or if it has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. No refund will be made for customised or made-to-order pieces either. After examining the item, you will be informed whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.
The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw. The return will always be made through the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. You will assume the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as indicated above. This provision does not affect other rights recognised to the consumer by current legislation. The return will not include the cost that you have paid for shipping costs.
Returns of defective products

Liability and disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, except those that cannot be legitimately excluded against consumers and users. Due to the natural materials we use and the way our products are made, the items we sell may often have variations in size, texture and colour, however these are not considered defects or flaws. On the contrary, they should be expected and appreciated, natural characteristics are unavoidable and must be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product. The provisions of this clause do not affect your rights as a consumer and user, nor your right to withdraw from the Contract.
CANCELLATIONS
The customer may cancel the order without any charge and without giving any reason, by contacting us as soon as possible at the email address atalanta@atalantamadera.com.
If the order has not left our warehouses, we will cancel it without any problem, but if the order is already on its way, we will have to wait to receive it back and once receipt of the order has been confirmed, the amount of the product will be refunded minus the shipping costs and the return will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.
