We use wood chips from the turning to protect the products inside the box. Don’t throw them away! Wood chips are perfect to place on your pots to better preserve the humidity.

The bread bin/bowl (32 x 22 x 12 x 12 cm when closed) is made of birch plywood.
The lid of the bread bin/bowl is a practical tray (32 x 22 x 22 x 2.5 cm on the outside) with leather handles.
The flour scoop (20 x 7 cm) is made of birch wood and, like the bread bin/bowl, is finished with a food-grade varnish for easy cleaning.
It is advisable to wipe it with a damp cloth before using it for the first time and then dry it.
